This is the first game that I multiplayed with my friends. We had a LAN setup with computers and cable strung out all through his house. Great times.

If I remember correctly, Duke Nukem was the first "3D" game in which you could actually have a bridge that you could walk over as well as under.
Doom's ceilings and floors were "infinitely" thick.
It was, especially when we snuck into our highschool computer lab and installed the game on every machine and have a massive LAN party.
