Just an overview. How user encrypt / decrypt messages? With a group chat key and sign on behalf of users?

Encrypted Group Chat has been implemented! Will bug fix and fine tune some details before public release.

But I believe the implementation is changible. Need to get people using it and get some feedbacks.
This implementation also has some weirdly interesting features that I believe to be super useful for community engagement for group creators/admins
