There is always a chance while still living. Got to know what is the “chance” and to make it work, “What are the expectations or outcomes?”. Even in the life of one person, the definition of the chance that got to work can change although success is associated with what a person can get. That’s why most people forget to take the time to think about the purpose of their existence and keep on running to have more; more than what they already have.

Sorry, I’m not following Jay-Z. I thought you were quoting a general advice or something that inspired you, that should have a meaning to you and more often has a meaning for other people too. So I was generally replying and the purpose of existence is an important question, that we should ask ourselves, I think, whatever is Jay-Z’s.
