Thoughts on skin cancer vs D exposure?
Sun exposure decreases risk of melanoma which is the only skin cancer that matters. It increases other skin cancers that are easily treated and not aggressive
My sister had to get non aggressive skin cancers cut out of her face. It left her less pretty. It’s not easily treated.
Get plenty of sunlight before 10 a.m. and after 2 p.m.
