The best and wisest policy, I think, is for girls to be given an intense immersion in Aryan culture and history in high school, so they can pass that legacy on to the children they should be having in the following 20 years. Then, after their children are all grown and they can't have any more, they can have an advanced education and later-life career, if they are so inclined.
