I've been listening to Andrew Huberman's podcast with Dr. James Hollis. It's a great listen with lots of nuggets of #wisdom. Especially the section about "Shadow & Adulthood" is interesting. I'm paraphrasing Dr. Hollis here:

"Shadow work is never going to be popular because it means I'm taking responsibility, but it's necessary and important. It's one of the definitions of an adult person to be accountable for what spills into the world through him or her."
