Prove it by having either their Chief Bitcoin Strategist or their custodian sign an address or set of addresses which holds that amount.

Until proven other wise , they own zero.

Remember when Prime Trust, one of the most prestigious custodians, lost access to Bitcoin years prior to the bankruptcy?
