if you allow public works which are funded by real tax paying citizens (not digital terrorism) to be infiltrated by mercenary third parties, and you allow them to harass property owners by causing infrastructure issues so they can "work in the mine" on their property without any recourse - that is not an autonomous system. that is thuggery. a crew of power company workers swarming my property for 8 hours to fix a problem manufactured by them to gain access - so they can mine my footprint. then they break more of my private property to stay longer because they didn't get what they wanted. just a lesson. oh well. gonna stay broken. all boys playing with their cat backho and dollies, looking for dick. but sure.
