Indeed, (i'm not norwegian by the way) but I mean to say that Billionaires have the means to avoid tax hikes by relocation. Therefore, such a solution is likely to cause the UK more harm than good (if we can imagine a similar outcome to Norway, which is a reasonable expectation). I think the real solution needs to be more nuanced and negotiated. I don't have the answer and i agree with you that something has to change, i'm just not convinced that it's as simple as slapping on another tax.
