That said. I understand your well. I would add the business owners as well as an educational test so we know those who vote understand why and for what the vote.
All this because of the ones in government assistance. My thoughts are the taking from the people who produce and giving to those who do not is theft. What one gives freely to those in need is charity. Such should be left to the church and community. Those in close proximity of the ones receiving would know if they truly need or are scamming.

I would not vote for any tax, property or income. The only tax should be tarrifs on imported goods.
