Unfortunately this is a common mistake people make when they comment on subjects that they aren't well versed in. Citing a paper just to show your logic is pretty key. And then reading and understanding a paper is actually quite difficult.

Okay? I suffer from tinea versa color and have other skin issues over the years. Sun screen provokes problems with my skin and never found one that didn’t. Quitting the intake of hydrogenated oils has almost gotten rid of my skin issues 💯 with no other intervention. I appreciate your candid expert advice, but you still haven’t made any decent points. Seed oils are trash, it’s processed at the highest level, argue all you want, idc, please keep consuming them 🤷♂️🤝👌
