Fannie and Freddie have been ordered to allow bitcoin holdings to be used when qualifying for a mortgage. How are they to gonna do proof of reserves though? Will it only count if it’s seasoned on an exchange account in your name?

It only has to be on the exchange until the day you sign your papers. Then back to private keys
