Thank you for clarifying. I’ve finally been playing around with Multisig lately & it is fuckin daunting !

Companies still running on legacy standards is to be expected, but annoying. This space moves very quickly & they need to adapt to accommodate everyone’s needs.

It does get better, but takes time. And also tbf to Unchained, when they created their product there was was no standard on multisig, and now that there is, they probably don’t want to rock the boat and risk changes to their system which has accumulated over the years.

Fair enough. Also, apologies if it sounded like I was making anyone look bad. It wasn’t my intention.

The learning process in multisig is much steeper & I wanna be positive I have the ability to restore.

I understand , no worries! Once you practice with it for a while, it’ll become second nature.

Try creating a wallet in Nunchuk, and recover it in Sparrow. Here’s the recovery guide: https://nunchuk.io/blog/wallet-recovery-sparrow

Thank you for this. I’ve been scouring YouTube for help, but this is pretty straightforward. Appreciate ya 🫡

I have to push back on that a bit - they only have one need to accommodate - to secure your bitcoin where you hold two keys and they have one.

UC is helping to secure a shitload of coins and every single account is paying them $250 a year for that service. There is no way they move fast to accommodate anyone's other "need". Just my 2 SATs on that...

While I agree with you, I also believe there is a way to “upgrade” their services. I would hate to see an awesome company get complacent.

But all of my bitching could be pointless cuz I’m not sure if I’m even restoring this correctly LoL
