Most regulations are around human safety. So what do you want to remove?
The free market can regulate itself. Instead, the monopoly on regulations leads to capture, corruption and bloat

Yes in the free market there are certifications and standards bodies. Also things like university degrees. Whatever hasn't been monopolized out by the overbearing state
