Gm nostriches, happy Tuesday, had a fantastic Monday, started writing a piece that may get me fired, and excited that I’m hopefully going to be able to stop being a property owner (in addition to where I live), getting an asking price offer after the house 🏠 being put on the market on Saturday!!!!

Don’t care this suggests I could have asked more. All I know is if I’d sold in Nov22, it would be worth 6-7 times more than it is today (U of A maxi), so a k or 2 here or there on the asking price means nothing, and if I can sell before the real SBR announcement, it is all good.

Now, what orange pilling can I do here, would love to say I’ll accept less if they pay my in #bitcoin, but then the fiat lawyers will never let this happen, or maybe if the buyer pays a portion in btc, I give a discount? I’m super tempted. The estate is a sub25 year old guy, the buyer a guy, likely youngish, and with that demographic, he definitely needs Bitcoin.

Hmmm, I orange pill a potential buyer, he learns property is a shitcoin, doesn’t buy my house, stays at home with this parents and goes all in……… maybe I let the full orange pilling start after he’s signed things…….
