Had to layoff 2 guys today. When I told them to leave 2 hours early after they busted their ass for the last 3 weeks…..They looked at me with blank looks. Most mother fuckers in my position are whip cracking scumbags. So they thought I was sending them home with 2 hours less pay… I laughed and said “no you’re getting paid but leaving early because it’s your last day!”🤦‍♂️Always treat hard working men the way you want to be treated.🫡✊💪
