Quality light changed my life. Quality just meaning no blue at night and no flicker.

I used deep orange leds at first with great success. But incandescent does have a more pleasing color.

But I think the situation is a lot simpler than lots of podcasts make it out to be. Left curve is the better side to be on imo.

I wear my blue blockers nightly as well when red light is out of sight
