You should be good with lightning ⚡

Given that the speed-of-light distance is about 1.3 seconds, if you had some form of wireless uplink that should just work (probably involving a few receiver stations around the world or satellite relays for 24/7 availability). Connection timeout needs to be high enough, though. But probably you want to run your lightning node on earth and connect to it 🙂
