Longer term, the DCoSL solution will include that you’ll have the power to create all sorts of lists: lists for bots, spammers, trolls, NSFW, shitcoiners, statists, etc. and Alice will be able to attest, explicitly, that she trusts (or does not trust) Bob to curate lists in general, or to curate this particular list, or that particular list. Which means you won’t need to scrape the follows list. And it also means that if the bots mutate by being less obviously bot-like, then the community will be able to counter with new lists that are more appropriate to the changing threat.
