I ment this. 😛 https://wiki.servarr.com/

Oh wow. If I download a bad quality version of movie xyz, when a better quality comes out, it would automaticallly download it and rename it?

Yessir.

I honestly don't know how I "requisitioned" media for so long without using things like sonarr or radarr.

This is incredible! Can it monitor the smb folder on my truenas?

Yuppp

If the folder is reachable over the network the *arr apps should be able to see it. When they get done being acquired they will also automatically move and organize the files for you before renaming.

I will say though when it comes to automatically upgrading you do have to set the parameters pretty specifically otherwise sometimes it can grab garbage files. You have to make sure to set your language preferences as well or else you could have like a 720 of something and then it'll grab a 1080 but it'll be in French.

I’ll have to give this a try 🤝

Hahahaha Jhon Snow with a cellphone

It’s called “sorcery” 😂😂

You can also set size requirements too which is pretty interesting because if you don't set size parameters you could end up grabbing an upgraded file that's like 100 gigs or something because it's like an uncompressed audio woth multiple language files version of a video but Setting a limit for the types of files you want is extremely helpful. It takes a little bit to dial in based on your preferences, but once you have it dialed in, it's pretty slick.

I imagine it’s a lot of trial and error in the begining. Like you set a benchmark size for 1 hour of video and then go from there

And you install this on your computer or on the truenas or it doesn’t matter ?

I have a box that I use as a media server that has everyhting on it. my *arr stack, plex, qbittorrent and and audiobook shelf. but i guess it dosent matter to much

Can’t wait to try the *arr stack
