The news says: SEC can approve all Bitcoin ETFs at once, says manager

I assert the following: The SEC will be required to approve all applications for spot Bitcoin ETFs to avoid being sued for favoring any company. So the question is not whether the SEC will approve it, but rather, when? And this question already has an answer; probably between April and May 2024, the deadline that the body has to evaluate requests according to its rules and the bitcoin halving. Little coincidence is nonsense!

A SEC vai ser obrigada a aprovar todos os pedidos de ETFs à vista de bitcoin para não ser processada por favorecer alguma empresa. Portanto, a questão não é se a SEC vai aprovar, mas sim, quando?

E essa pergunta já tem uma resposta; provavelmente entre abril e maio de 2024, prazo final que o órgão tem para avaliar os pedidos segundo suas regras e o halving do bitcoin. Coincidência pouca é bobagem!
