I am never using #AirBnB again. I had at least seven reservations troughout the years. ALWAYS fucked me over.
My first choice is #Booking. Not ideal as it is, they never let me down. Yes, there were issues as well. But their operators are super helpful, gave me another options, returned the money and so on.
Never have I been dissapointed with Booking.
I wish Airbnb a quick demise.
their retarded use of apple maps here in madeira cost me 65 euros in taxi fare as the location listed on the app was up a dirt track into the middle of nowhere.
there was literally no spots available in any other place on the island at anywhere near the price, even considering the extra cost of the taxi.
anyhow, none of this would matter that much if it wasn't for fiat incentives on the property market driving people to higher margins and lower rental durations.
