I love meeting so many different types of people! I've had musicians, singers, painters, and students from all over the world! Some of my favorites are 25-30 year olds, ususally students, traveling cross country.

It can be a challenge, especially since most guests haven't really read the listing and think they can come any hour of the night. I have a firm check-in window because of our household work hours. I had one older woman show up who got upset because there are stairs to the guest room.
