I have a hunch that homes will not be desirable soon. Homes will not be desirable soon because of the time and money it takes to maintain a property. Time and money my generation does not have.

The reason I’m not sold on this is bc you have to live somewhere no matter what, so it seems to me that you are either paying your own mortgage and taxes or you’re paying someone else’s but getting no equity out of it. Doesn’t apply to digital nomads or van life people obviously, but those are the minority.
