There are ways to do it by force, but surely it is through voting and parliament.

Obviously but I was reading that their parliament and some other entities can block every move of Milei since you know most majority of that govt is very corrupt on that country.

They will slow it down as much as they can. I am only concerned about his performance in foreign policy (there are delicate things) I have heard that the United States was interested in putting military bases in South America, it could take advantage of his anti-leftist policy.
