I just got out of my work clothes fitting comfortably so that's my first goal.

After that I'll find a body fat% target. I used to run around 15% and felt ok there.

πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ’― you got it broski. IF is the best fat loss and maintenance technique in my experience.

If I'm feeling really hungry when I wake up I'll cheat a lil with some butter coffee then eat around 1-2pm-8-9pm.

Working out in the am also produces a bunch of hunger killing ketones. It will also put your in ketosis if you had too many carbs for dinner that haven't been processed.

Low-medium carb combined with IF ftw.
