As an autodidact that was never forced to learn C or other low level languages, I chose Rust as a systems language in 2019 and have been biased ever since. I can somewhat read C and C++. But updating a decade old CPP project to run in dev mode on my M3 MBP was an exercise in insanity. Haha. My note was venting. 😅
