Isn't it just explaining the labels?

I am not a coder - if you look at the image attached of the results - it’s shows my account as associated with State Media and that I’m not a real person - total BS

This only means that there is a label in Twitter where accounts can be labeled as such "State Media". It's not saying that this label is set on your account :)

I even doubt that groq has access to that information
