Someone I know bought a new one and calculated in the selling price of the RE he already had to make it work. Now he has trouble getting rid of the old one and sits on both. 😂
I’ve been tracking houses on Zillow since I called the top and it’s already down 30%+ in 18 months. I’d be so pissed if I listened to them and bought the top 🤣
