If you're using Apple or Android TV check out SwizzVPN app it blocks YouTube ads even for the YouTube app

Other alternative is using a VPN and setting it Albania lol. YouTube doesn't have any ads in Albania.

The SwizzVPN uses AdGuard to block video ads. Albania just doesn't have any advertisers and YouTube isn't allowed to show Albanian users non-relevant ads.
