No I haven’t, but I want to try. I have to admit, I don’t really run, but I do like to go on long walks/hikes though.

It’s prob a lot better for your feet to do it barefoot, it is something you have to develop over time. Right?

Definitely. Walking is the best way to start. It’s hard in the winter but I try to do it as much as possible. Most people need to rebuild their feet because of wearing shoes. I highly recommend it✌🏻
