The point is, that this was a color revolution attempt, which failed miserably and many people died. The question for you to ask is, what happened before, especially in the night before. You really should "bust some myths to educate and inspire" instead of repeating myths.

No, not everything is a color revolution. And no, I'm not viewing history through a revisionist lens. You just look for the whole story, but Google will not be a big help with this.
