It really shouldn't require an "experienced user". I'd say it requires enough technical sophistication to look at this page and not be terrified: https://rizful.com/get_on_nostr_today
Can I just point new users to rizful.com to set up zaps? nostr:nprofile1qqsf07zg4hxyccnkdp07fppxmetpfzru3fg6mgzx3nk8r7af8qnjjygpz3mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduq3qamnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3wd3skueqpzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezuamfdejsxj0y5x Or is it more for experienced users?

It's not at all scary for me, but it totally would be for a complete noob. It seems really good for someone who's been using a custodial wallet, but shies away from running a self-hosted start9 Alby hub.
it's definitely a step down in complexity to a self-hosted start9 node. Many self-hosted lightning nodes are problematic because the protocol really wants an always-on and very reliable internet connection: https://docs.megalithic.me/lightning-user-vs-lightning-runner/the-lightning-node-is-an-internet-application
Yeah, I have two channels and one is actually to megalithic. My node is just running at home, but it's obviously not as reliable as a data center.
I see that the node gives you an nsec. Can you bring your own?
Yes you can bring your own nsec ... on https://rizful.com/get_on_nostr_today .... you can see "(If already have a private key, that's fine too. You can bring your own private key and still use Rizful.)"
