I assume it was a lightning payment. Please dm me the invoice or payment hash. The failure and immediate success is not really normal, I'll need to check on the mint side (if it was minibits mint).

In the meantime please go to Developer settings and press "Force move pending proofs back to spendable". Then in Sertings > Recovery press Remove spent ecash.
