I actually go in walks to not look at a screen for 5 minutes. Smart watches are like a new form of torture, to me. Now, you have to take the screen EVERYWHERE.

tbh. It’s a tiny screen that you can’t do anything on except be notified that you can disable, see date/time and health and activity monitoring.

With help of a smart watch I’ve lost 35kg, learned to swim now doing 25 laps per pool visit.

It took a years and obviously you have to want to more than anything so it’s not just the watch, it’s just a tool

If I can do it. Any one can do it. I’m not special but I am a hard headed asshole

I lost 40 kgs after the second pregnancy. Jogging every day and Weight Watchers, mostly.

Nice. So you absolutely know you got that willpower. Bring back a little bit of that energy back

I've been using that energy to work 2 full-time software jobs, is the thing. I'm all tapped out, but I'm slowly getting desperate for the sensation of walking around and waking up not tired.

The more energy you use over time that energy comes back 2 fold.

Less at the desk, out and walking more & find that balance.

I can tell you 💯 know how and don’t need anyone to tell you anything about it

I just need to do it, yeah. No idea, if I can.

The lack of sleep and free time is probably why I feel like a poor person. I have a high income, but no fun or luxury or ability to enjoy the fruits of my labors. Just more and more labor.

That’s why I’ve said ..

Wealth is doing wtf I want to do when I want to and not having to worry about bills!
