Parents by default are like any other people though...

They made the choice to give birth to a baby, who is born 100% dependent from them, so it's their legit responsibility to grow him into health.

Otherwise it's like locking someone in a basement, and expecting them to be grateful to you because you provide a roof, water, and food.

Also parents are in 99% of cases the reason why people's minds are fucked up.

So there is no reason to honour your parents just because they gave birth to you, that's something anyone can do, literally.

Parenting is a lost art, and "savages" in the amazon forest probably do it much better than "civilized people". All of this coming from someone who is far from being an ideal parent.

Rothbard would argue that a parent has no obligation to put in the work to sustain the existence of another human being, even his own offspring.

I don't agree on that but I still value that I have been brought up by my parents. Even for all the wrong they did.

I could have been off so much worth and that is what I am grateful for.
