How does the moon give off a cool light that you can read by yet is a dust ball with rocks?

The albedo of the moon’s surface is a terrible 13%, roughly the same as a regular street. But due to its angle to the sun it appears brighter and if you watch it gets brighter still as it becomes a full moon and the angle is even better.
Do you mean the rocks brought back by the astronauts or the moon itself? The moon actually comes from the Earth itself after a planetoid collided with it in the early solar system.

I’ve seen what you sent and all I will say is to look much deeper into it if ur interested. The science is far from settled and it’s bizarre.

I wouldn’t put it past the government to fake the moon landing at the height of the Cold War to beat the Soviets but the presence of the reflector on the lunar surface that anyone with a powerful laser can verify is proof that they didn’t.
