I figured out how to send encrypted seed phrases over radio.

This could be used as a means of offline payments.

It would work equally well with symmetric or asymmetric encryption.

You can do it with a hash preimage instead of a seed phrase for atomic swaps ;)

The idea would be:

I owe you $10.

I make a wallet, drop $10 in it.

I transmit the seed phrase to you.

You decrypt the text file.

Now you have $10 in bitcoin
