I found a settled transaction for 11 sats to that lightning address.

Could you ask Seth to check again? Where did he look? in the extension or at getalby.com?

Oh okay I think my I set my minimum zap to 100 ⚡️ so anything less might not coming

That could be the reason, i’m not sure

YEss I just checked getalby.com and found the transaction there
