Please forgive me, I'm a little annoying about my workouts. I feel an annoying urge to clarify for me this is a strength meso in a strength block so I'm not really getting sore, personally I'm focusing on speed/force production and hitting certain numbers at a certain time

But in 8 weeks I'll start a Hypertrophy block and get sore.
