Round 8:

You express your gratitude to the hermit for the information and take the map he provided. With determination, you set off towards the village where the cursed artifact is said to be hidden. The journey is long and arduous, but you finally arrive at the outskirts of the village.

As you approach, you notice a group of villagers gathered in the town square, seemingly in distress. They appear to be under the influence of the cursed artifact, their minds clouded and their actions erratic.

What will you do?

1. Approach the villagers and try to reason with them, hoping to break the artifact's control.

2. Sneak into the village unnoticed, searching for the artifact's location.

3. Retreat and find a safe place to observe the situation before making a decision.
