To be fair to the person pictured: if they do a lot of driving it makes sense. I do a metric TONNE of driving, and moving from an ICE to a Tesla, I personally went $2,000/month CAD in fuel and maintenance, to right around $300/month CAD in electricity and no/scant maintenance. That’s a lot of extra sats per year with those savings.
