Something came up at work, should we e-mail or have a quick meeting about it?

Always email, unless you’re keen on seeing them in person!

I'm a little torn, there's nothing more frustrating than being 5 e-mails in with an ever increasing cast in the "To" field and being no closer to resolving something that two rational human beings can figure out in 5 minutes by talking.

Depends on where everyone is ect

Email about having a meeting about the email. Then follow up with an email and a catch-up meeting.

I didn't know you worked for my company

Let's Touch Base, Moving Foreard Plc, too? πŸ‘€πŸ‘€πŸ‘€

Yes, yes that's it

Email.

Email. Companies like to waste ppls time with extensive meetings that could have easily just been a quick email. It's like they like to hear themselves talk

If there's nothing to actually discuss then yeah meetings are a complete waste of fucking time, announcement meetings are dumb.
