Parties who voted for this, remember who they are: GroenLinks-PvdA, VVD, NSC, D66, CDA, SP, ChristenUnie, PvdD and Volt. These people hate freedom.
And no, they didn't do it to fight money laundering. They did it for €600 million in EU subsidies that were conditioned on passing this law.

The convenient side effect of this kind of regulation is that it's "limit" of 3000€ will lose purchasing power over the years and nears 0.
True, but so far the lowering of these kinds of limits far outpaces inflation :-)
Wonderful news, it means that the ECB reduced the monetary supply. So the Dutch said that because we have less euros they can help with lowering the cash payments. Or am I confused how money printers work?
