Haven't delved too much into the state of the German economy, tbh. How much would a loaf of bread cost around where you live?

I buy very good bread. Don't know how much a lb of normal costs. Maybe €5?

Me too. There's an Amish farmers market near my house. I do all my shopping there. I pay a little over $6 for a loaf of onion bread.
