Lack of free weights with the exception of dumbbells. You can't use any barbells so typical squats, deadlifts, and bench presses aren't possible. Everything is a machine.
Important to note that you can still get a good workout in there however. 
This is sufficient for the vast majority of people.
Also empty.
Why?
Because America is 80% obese.
