Quality is fantastic. I order from Beef Initiative, White Oak Pastures, Snake River Farms and my local butcher is also amazing and I have been impressed with PR.

Sometimes locally me and my friends pool money and split a cow from a local farm but that’s not always doable. Love this, ty!

That honestly is the best way. We have done it in the past as well, but it was too hard with moving this year.
