LN? what's this? If you have to slap on bandage solutions to technology then it isn't a stable system. You need a system that's self-sufficient or open for extension when you have to tackle such problems. Consider Monero.

You are telling me its my problem, that isn't the question, I do not have a problem, my question to you was: Who is the employer paying in crypto

I will entertain you, however. I do not want to paid in crypto because making your employer take additional steps is a luxury. They'll ask you to comply to business rules or find someone else to do the job. I would much rather trade fiat for monero outside of it.

Lightning network - if you dont know what it is, study more.

LN is badage, its a feature. You didnt disprove what I wrote, that its more private so you resort to subjective labels :D

Lightning is self-sufficient and open to extension. I considered Monero but its network effect is ridiculous compared to Bitcoin. Pittiful volume and adoption. No microtransactions.

You expect me to doxx my clients or what kind of answer you want? My clients can pay in bitcoin, yours cant. Your clients suck.

You never asked to be paid in bitcoin (not crypto), thats the truth. So ofc in your world, its hard to understand how can someone earn btc without buying it with fiat. Its ok. You do you. Earn that fiat my dear privacy fundamentalist.
