I don't understand this concept. Money is not static. I never stack Fiat money. I buy stuff. Nobody is saving money or at least not enough to live on it.
Bitcoin supply IS static.

Supply is static but money is mobile. People value is not in how much they accumulate but in howuch they can produce something useful.
