Thoughts about #ChatGPT:

After experimenting with ChatGPT-4 for several days now, so far it seems to me that it's much better at hard tasks like coding, hard facts, etc. and not so great at creative tasks like Write me an outline for a fantasy fiction book.

This makes sense in terms of what computers are inherently good at. And I wonder if computers can/will learn how to be deeply creative (and maybe this depends a lot on the prompting it receives).

Do you have any thoughts on any of this?

Prompts make a difference with images I've made. I think AI changes the way we right. I want to learn how to use gpt4all to fix my grammar and typo errors.

I’ve used GPT4All in is regular chat mode. I think it has an API as well, but I haven’t used it.

I can't get the Chat mode to work. It says I need to update Ubuntu. I've only used the python version in the CLI. How would one use an API? I don't understand them very well yet.
